American Plumbing & Heating has a new 43,000-square-foot building with a state of the art pre-fabrication shop. This gives APH the ability to purchase, stock and fabricate all of your project’s plumbing, heating and fire protection systems in a quality-controlled environment. We place an emphasis on accuracy and neatness. Come and visit us, and we’ll show you what we mean.

Our BIM design and project-management offices are attached to our pre-fab shop. This enables careful monitoring of project progress and quality. As components are built, they are carefully stored until the project is ready for shipping. We welcome owners and general contractors into our shop to monitor the progress and quality of our fabrication process.

We created this process with several goals in mind. We recognized that off-site fabrication can significantly improve efficiency, and reduce costs for everyone. In-shop oversight and controlled conditions mean that there is highly improved quality. Off-site fabrication also helps accelerate project schedules. Our trucking fleet and Shipping & Receiving Department will handle and deliver all materials neatly to the job site. We will carefully coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to maximize the efficiency of your project.
